Strategy that is lived – not just written.

Strategy that is lived – not just written.

Many organizations begin their strategy work by drafting a concept. Yet often, it becomes clear along the way: shared understanding is missing, important voices have not been heard – and the strategy remains a document rather than a guide for action.

Roadmap SAH von der Vision zur Strategie

From the vision process to the implementation of strategic measures

Our approach: Understand before we design.
Before proposals and concepts are developed, we take deliberate time – through a half-day kickoff workshop (free of charge). Together, we clarify where the organization stands and what it needs. We include all levels of the organization: executive leadership, board members and teams. Only when perspectives come together can a strategy emerge that is meaningful and sustainable in everyday practice.
Participation is our guiding thread.

Our Process: Connecting structure and agility

Together with our clients, we develop a roadmap that provides orientation and clarity. It makes the project’s status transparent, outlines the next steps and is continuously updated.

Our work is iterative: Before each intervention, we reassess the situation, align with the jointly defined goals and adjust the approach flexibly. In regular debriefings, we reflect together on what works well and what we can improve – creating an ongoing learning process.

We intentionally assemble a diverse project team: members of the executive leadership, communications specialists, frontline staff and board representatives bring different perspectives and ensure well-supported decisions.

Example: SAH Schaffhausen

Over the course of one year, we supported SAH Schaffhausen – from developing a vision to shaping guiding principles and implementing concrete strategic measures.

The participatory approach ensured that the strategy was not just written, but embedded in daily routines. Everyone involved understood the project’s progress, the upcoming steps and how they could personally contribute.

Our Learning
Transparency, agility and participation pay off. They build trust, strengthen implementation and lead to solutions that genuinely fit the people and the organization.
